The list only shows what is actually charging you; deciding what to keep or cancel stays a decision you make, not one the app makes for you.

How does WealthAge find my subscriptions?
Subscriptions scans every connected or uploaded account, names each recurring charge, groups it by category, and totals it by month. Nothing is added by hand: the list only shows what is actually charging you.
What if it misses one?
It can only see charges in accounts you have connected or uploaded. A card or account you have not added yet will not show its charges until you add it; once you do, its recurring charges join the same list.
